One of my favourite things about being Interior Designer is collaborating with other creative people like graphic designers, photographers, furniture and fabric designers.
I’ve done a few collaborations in my time and it’s always good when you bounce different ideas of each other. People from different disciplines working together to the same brief and goal of creating something beautiful.
This is one wonderful example of a designer and retailer collaboration. Cos and Snarkitecture for Salone del Mobile in Milan. The designers Daniel Arsham and Alex Mustonen managed to represent the brand simplicity and minimalism trough ice cave-like installation. COS Spring Summer 2015 collections for men and women are displayed at the end of the journey along the concrete path. There is a feeling cool and modernity of and it works well with this season’s silhouettes, materials and colour palette which were influenced by the buildings from the Modernist architecture.
